This has been a very tiring but VERY fun week! It was the Tour De Faith and so we had our standard of 30 hours and 300 contacts. Me and Sister Weckesser ended with 34 hours and 720 contacts (people invited to learn more) we did ALOT of street contacting....like a lot.... And it was so fun and refreshing! We even went knocking which I haven't done for a while, I didn't miss that...
BUT GOOD NEWS. THE SISTERS WON THE TOUR DE FAITH. Holla! It was awesome. We have remarkable sisters in the mission right now and they all worked so hard. It was really rewarding and so much fun. Really kicked the missionaries out of the rut they were in.
So today I spent the morning with sister Pratt ordering tshirts for all the sisters. They say "tour de faith" and they say WINNERS on the back... And the elders are serving the dinner at the Christmas conference... It will be great. The assistants keep telling me that I am being prideful about the sisters, but i just keep telling them that we are champions so It doesn't matter haha

We got these advent calendars from Sister Pratt and each day has one of Christ's names on it (because throughout the Book Of Mormon and Bible he has been referenced in so many different ways) and it has been cool to study each morning the purpose and story behind each one of His names. It is remarkable to think of the many different ways Christ influences out lives. I hope we can each look for ways to remember Christ more. I encourage you each night to think about how Christ was involved in your day. I promise as you do that it will help you to feel closer to Him and in turn remember the importance of this holiday season!
Love you all :) Merry Christmas!
Love,
Sister Lambert
